Jéssica Iolanda Costa Bispo is a Ph.D. candidate in Modern Literatures and Cultures at Nova University Lisbon, and is conducting research on Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Alice Through the Looking Glass and its video game reinterpretations, having been awarded a Ph.D. Studentship funded by FCT (2021.04811.BD). Her research is primarily focused on video game studies, vampire fiction, British and Irish literature and culture, and dystopian literature. She collaborates with CETAPS as a member of the research group “Culture, Science and the Media,” and is a member of the Portuguese Association for Anglo-American Studies and the Utopian Studies Society.
