Lipika Kankaria is a senior research scholar in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Institute of Technology Durgapur, India. She has obtained her Masters’ degree in English Literature from Calcutta University. Her research interest is primarily Gender Studies and Travel Writing. She has presented several papers at international conferences in India and abroad and also published in journals like Journal of International Women’s Studies as well as book chapters in edited volumes.
